Corporate Audit (CA) is the internal audit function of the Ericsson Group. CA is a unit within Group Function Finance, reporting to the Group CFO. The head of CA also reports functionally to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of LME. CA performs audits and provides assurance to the Management and Board regarding the effectiveness of risk management, internal control and governance processes. The unit Regional Internal Audits APAC, Middle East, and Mediterranean within Corporate Audit (CA) at LME is responsible for carrying out audits and coordinating audit and internal assessments for the following regions: North East Asia, India, South East Asia & Oceania, Middle East, and -Mediterranean.

We are now looking for a Corporate Senior Auditor with Commercial and/or Leadership Competence based in Beijing, China.

Corporate Senior Auditor

Job description:

-Plan, lead and execute audits, reviews and assessments of business and operational processes.
-Participate in risk assessment of the Group's business and operational processes.
-Co-ordinate cross-functional reviews and assessments.
-Identify and quantify risks; propose corrective actions to mitigate and eliminate risks.
-Propose and present improvements to eliminate ineffective controls driving increased operational effectiveness.

Competence

Qualification (Formal Education Needed):

-At least Bachelor degree in relevant area, e.g. Business Administration.

Requested Competence:

-Minimum 10 years of industry experience with at least 3 years in any of the processes: Finance and Audit.
-Empowered and willing to take responsibility and accountability.
-Highly self-driven and performance oriented.
-Strong networking and team working skills.
-Ability to work effectively cross-functionally within the Group and with external advisors.
-Ability to grasp the big picture linking strategies to execution.
-Strong analytical skills.
-Excellent presentation and communication skills.
-High integrity and ethics.
-Fluency in written and spoken English and Chineese.
-Ability to travel.

International and leadership experience, from line and/or project management, is a merit.
