103123 - Purchase to Pay Specialist

The Global Accounts Payable Service organization is responsible for the operations in the purchase to pay process. Our responsibility begins with implementing the contract in cooperation with the sourcing organization. We ensure the efficient flow and tools for purchasing and ordering. There is a Global Shared Service Center in Manila where purchase orders and invoices are processed.

Our responsibility in the SSO Accounts Payable Services Stockholm is to coordinate and face our local companies in Sweden and Region RECA. Your interfaces will be local sourcing, global strategic sourcing, supply order desk, PMO, company control, contact center and our Global Shared Service Center in Manila.

We want to further strengthen our team. As our Purchase to Pay Specialist (PtPS) you will be responsible for driving improvements of the purchase to pay process in cooperation with our stakeholders. You will be a key player in the continuous work improving the performance of processes and driving automation of ordering and handling of invoices.

-Provide guidance and co-ordination between SSO AP Services organization and Local Companies within the Purchase to pay flow.
-Support implementation of new processes, tools and ways of working.
-PtPS task is to work proactively to improve efficiency and process compliance.
-Monitor KPI's, perform root cause analysis and drive improvements.

Qualifications:

-Academic degree or equivalent
-Experience from Sourcing
-Experience from Supply and Purchasing
-Finance Experience
-Understanding of Ericsson ways of working with purchasing
-Fluent in English written and spoken
-ERP experience
