As a developer you will be a part of shaping the future of mobile broadband. At our unit we develop baseband processing functions within WCDMA radio base stations. This includes both physical and MAC layer of the radio protocol. There is a large demand to add features, increase the bit rate, and add capacity to the radio interface. The major driver is the exponentially increased number of smartphones and connected devices in the market.

All development is performed in XFTs (Cross Functional Teams). The work in the teams consists of systemization, SW design and test. We have fully applied Scrum in our agile deployment and we are striving to become a learning organization.

You will be working with feature development in an embedded real-time control/signal processing environment. We strive to develop end to end features for the RBS.

Qualifications:

-A Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
-Real Time Embedded programming
-Experience of C or C++
-A team player who is supportive, communicative and eager to learn new things
-Good written and spoken English

In this role, you will need to be a self-starter who can take the initiative and work independently while at the same time being an effective team player. Most importantly, we want someone who is open to learning and will share their findings with others.

-One or several WCDMA RBS specific domains
-Algorithm implementation
-Control SW
-RSA-RTE
-Design test up to System test
-Agile WoW
