11163 - BUGS Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst reports to the FA Lead for BUGS. The role of the Financial Analyst, is to review and analyze the financial result for a Business Line in BUGS (Sales, Cost of Sales, UM, OPEX, Capital) and coordinate and drive the forecasting process, proactively ensuring a high level of quality in the reported result. Providing advice based on analytics to facilitate decision making and drive performance. Main stakeholders are Business Line Management teams.

Main Objective

The main objective is to continuously and proactively monitor and analyze the key financial items of the BU/Business Line and provide valuable advice to drive performance as well as take corrective actions when necessary in order to maintain good quality and control of the Financial Statements and performance.

Key Responsibilities

o Review and analysis of financial performance vs. Forecast/Targets
o Secure high-quality financial data in the monthly and quarterly reporting
o Drive forecast process
o Review & Analysis of Adj. to Cost of Sales and OPEX vs. Forecast/Target
o Provide advice to facilitate sound business decisions
