The customer

Acne is a known brand in the fashion industry and they have stores worldwide. In their helpdesk they handle questions from both office workers, store employees and warehouse staff. For Acne is important that their helpdesk agents engaged in world-class service.

The role

To be considered for the role you must be a student in at least 50%. You will be employed by Dfind IT and work in assignments for Acne. You will be hired by hours when they need some extra help. They need you to be available in short notice and you will even get some scheduled pass with good foresight.

You will work in a IT helpdesk and respond to people both through the phone and emails, and even help users on site. You will get a lot of responsibility and you have to have the ability to prioritize in your work. You have to be able to multitask and handle a lot of different issues in a short period of time which requires structure. You will handle questions like different types of orders, administration of accounts and support in different software programs (for example Adobe).



Requirements

• Students at least 50%
• Experience of working within service.
• Knowledge of AD regarding account management and permissions
• Experience installing computers
• Very good knowledge of the English- and English language, both orally and in writing


Nice to have

• Previously worked with the service of any slag
• Knowledge within Office365
• Knowledge of Mac
• Knowledge of Adobe (installation and troubleshooting)
• Knowledge in several languages


Personality

The role requires that you are a forward striving and you are able to ask questions when you do not understand. If you do not know the answer you keep digging for the answer until you find it. For Acne is important to have world-class service and it is therefore important that you are a person who like to give high service. With your social skills you are able to understand and respond so the consumers do understand. You need to be able to work both independently and with others.

You need to be flexible in your schedule and able to help within short notice.

Emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
