Swedbank Group IT is located in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintening business strategic and central systems in Swedbank.

All development is managed in projects and we deliver approximately 600 projects and pre-studies during a business year.

Through understanding and acting from the needs of our internal customers, we offer the group competitive IT-solutions which support new products and high level services to our clients.








About us Online Channels is one of four Departments within the AM Division Channels & Concepts and is responsible for maintenance and development within Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Mobile Payments. The Channels & Concepts Division drives the technical development of our digital channels, to support the Business mission to improve everyday banking!  We are a division with roughly 130 employees located in Sweden and Lithuania serving the Business Area Channels & Concepts. Our end customers are Swedish Banking. We operate cross-division in a very fast moving environment in tight cooperation with our Business partners. The area is characterized by high business demands, speed and a continuous development. About the job We are looking for two system analysts or senior Java developers who want to be a part of our journey in developing the digital channels. You will be part of a project team where your role is within design/development responsible for system application design and implementation of solutions. You will be in close cooperation with the business, translating their requirements into sustainable solutions which follow our architecture design guidelines. The role also includes following activities * Planning projects together with managers, project managers and architects * Participating in bug-fixing, problem solving and impact analyses with your knowledge about IT systems and requirements * Maintaining system model/documentation; providing requirements and/or system model/documentation for projects * Taking into account possibilities and restrictions that are set by existing IT solutions and/or by official regulations and policies. The employment form is permanent and the position is located in Swedbank Labs, Sundbyberg. About you You have good analytical skills, desire and patience to solve complex problems, good communication skills and enjoy working in an international environment.  If you are not already an architect you are aiming to become one and willing to take the steps necessary. You are a team player acting in the best interest of the whole project/team.
