Job Description

Talent Acquisition Sweden focuses on employer branding and recruitment of talent to positions based in Sweden. We are currently looking for a new Head of Employer Branding Sweden.

As Employer Branding Manager within Talent Acquisition Sweden, you will play a strategic role in our long- and short term work with internal and external employer branding. You will work in the global Talent Acquisition team and be part of global projects within the Employer Branding area as well as drive the strategic work within Employer Branding for Ericsson in Sweden.

You will be responsible for our University strategy and strategic relationships with our target universities in Sweden. You will also take an active role in improving our usage of social media and other web based tools to attract talent in different categories, both on a global and local level.

Project management is a significant part of the role focusing on planning and executing events and campaigns towards diverse target groups (from pre-university to experienced talent), including leading teams of resources from both HR and other units in the organization engaged in delivery of the activities.

Your main responsibilities will be:

-Develop and maintain the Employer Branding strategy in Sweden, establish and maintain processes, frameworks and infrastructure
-Take responsibility for the Employer Branding budget
-Set up activity plans, secure delivery of activities towards target groups and follow up on activities
-Initiate and drive high profile Employer Branding projects according to Ericsson's long term recruitment policy and strategy
-Initiate and drive employer branding campaigns towards the target groups
-Collect and analyze target group requirements and initiate strategy improvements
-Contribute to the global Employer Branding strategy and be part of the global team
-Manage University and supplier relationships within the Employer Branding field
-Team leader of resources engaged to deliver different activities and events.

Qualifications and competence required:

-A Bachelor degree is required, a Master degree is preferred
-Around 5 years of previous Employer branding or general branding/marketing experience
-Solid project management skills
-Proven ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment
-Strong communication and networking skills
-Very good business understanding
-Ability to identify new ways for HR to support the business strategy
-Leadership, influencing and facilitation skills
-Team player with ability to engage and inspire people
-Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
-Strong drive and result focus
-Creative and curious
-Recruitment experience is considered a merit.
