3 Lead Engineers for the automotive industry
We are searching for Lead Engineers with deep technical interest to work with tailgate/boot lid structures, tailgate maneuvering systems (POT), latches and handles, fuel filler- and recharge modules. We are looking for 3 strong experienced designers, interested in design, finding solutions in V43X program.

The most important daily work tasks:

• Manage and develop the design and the assignment with a cross-functional team and secure deliveries and results Responsible to create assignment time planes which meet the overall project plan Responsible for budget and cost.
• Report the assignment status and decisions to SPL and Line management.
• Responsible for manage the release of all technical documents (ESOW/DPR/TR/Drawings/Models/etc.)

Qualifications:

• M.Sc., B.Sc. or similar in experience
• Analytical skill
• Strong leader skills and experienced in leading suppliers High cooperation ability and communication skills.
• Organized, goal orientated, can summarize and present the status of your task Analytical ability and technical interests Good ability to communicate in English Volvo experience Knowledge about Volvo systems
