Are you interested in working in a global network through all levels of the Sandvik organization? Do you have excellent administration and communication skills and like teaching?

In order to create a more flexible Finance organization with a focus on support for business operations, Sandvik is implementing a new way of working - one in which global processes are one of the cornerstones. Sandvik Finance Academy has been operational for nine years, their main objective is to guarantee and develop the competence within Sandvik finance in order to contribute in the best way to the Sandvik business.

This is a contract position for 18 months to cover maternity leave.

Key performance areas
As an Academy Coordinator you will run and head up your own training courses. As this is a Group International position you do your presentations and courses in English. The role also includes organizing and booking Global conferences and courses, handling invitations, creating feedback reports for participants and dealing with ad hoc projects. You manage all the participants´ needs, like food, travel, hotels and booking of seminars, webinars, team building activities and conferences. You are involved in projects and support all GFSS competence development requirements, coordinating between participants and venders. You handle administration such as answering mail and phone queries, tracking expenses, archiving, posting news and updating the Academy´s intranet.

This position includes travel to Stockholm 1-2 days per week and up to four weeks of global travel.

Your profile
You have a degree in Education, or a training background, and ideally two years practical experience of training or teaching. You also have strong administrative, organization and presentation skills and have excellent skills in English, both written and verbal. Good knowledge of MS Office and Louts Notes is needed.

As a person you are self-motivated, driven, take the initiative and work well in a team. You are also service minded, creative and have excellent social skills.
