The role of the account manager:
AUSY Group is investing in Scandinavia which means that Mobytech in Lund is facing an exciting phase and the role of the Account Manager is to help develop and improve. The account manager will also take part in engagement of international projects. In your role as an Account Manager at Mobytech you will be able to share and develop your knowledge and experience of account management to help Ausy Group grow in Scandinavia. You will be a part of the management team and you will have a lot of responsibility for our business development concerning our clients. You will also be part in recruitment of our consultants.

Throughout the day you are constantly researching current trends, evaluating the competition and identifying new hot leads in order to enable Mobytech to promote the best consultants. Aftersales, relationship management and executing administrational tasks are also part of your daily routine. Negotiation is a big part of the role and you must therefore feel secure and confident doing it. Apart from working individually on achieving your personal targets, you will be expected to make combined efforts with all your team members in order to stimulate growth in Scandinavia as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Who we are looking for:
You have a hunger for sales and is service minded and like to challenge yourself. It is easy for you to build long term customer relationships and to build trust. You take responsibility and are a structured individual with a natural ability to make new contacts. You like to have clear sales objectives and you therefore like to work result and goal orientated. You also possess the following:
- A “go for it” attitude
- Genuine passion and keen interest for business
- Interest in technology
- Ability to take on multiple tasks and deliver high quality results
- Positive outlook and willingness to learn

Essential Criterias
- BS/MS degree within Business, Economics, Computer science or equivalent technical education.
- Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and English.
- You have minimum 3 years of experience of sales, (experience from consultant business is meritorious).

Facts:
Employment contract: Permanent (6 month trial period)
Duty ratio: Full Time
Salary: Fixed salary and commission 
Admission: ASAP
