Account manager - Import/Export

Valeo FX AB (Publ) is a Swedish financial institution that is registered with the Swedish FSA and provides solutions for international affairs, asset management, currency hedging and factoring.

We are currently looking for new employees that will help us initiate new business relations in Portugese speaking countries with the aim to provide top of the line marketing and expansion solutions for companies world wide.

VFX acts as a commercial agent on a global scale and helps companies finding new business partners all over the world. VFX brings, through its "Global Business Portal", companies all over the world together and introduces new, innovative and/or cheaper products into the global market place.

By using VFX as their commercial agent to find new products and/or expand sales overseas, our customers can easily increase their profit margins and earnings through VFX huge network of businesses around the world.

As an account manager at VFX you will be part of a large and dynamic sales force with a vast global network of potential customers where you will play a central role with your specific area of expertise and country knowledge. You will be responsible for bringing clients around the world together by finding new products that VFX can market as well as finding buyers for VFX products in your designated country. You keep day to day contact with your customers and manage and negotiate orders as well as market your designated products, through VFX internal and external systems, to potential customers and to the rest of our sales staff who market and sell these on your behalf all over the world.
As a new employee you will spend your first few days at VFX getting to know our company, our products and learn basic sales techniques.

We believe you need the following skills to be successful for this position:
- excellent language skills in Portugese
- Basic language skills in English
- knowledge of the Portugese-speaking countries business culture
- excellent negotiation skills
