As an Account Manager at Telavox, you will drive indirect sales in the Nordic Countries, with the main focus on Sweden, through existing partners. Your daily work is centred around building a positive and valued relationship with your partners and you put a lot of time and energy into really understanding needs and being valuable when needed!

This is a great opportunity to learn about value-based selling, business acumen and get that important first experience within sales in a SaaS domain! You will get practical insights and knowledge into the whole sales process from prospecting new customers, qualifying leads, book meetings, participating in sales meetings, demonstrations of the platform and closing deals.

We see this as a long-term relationship and hope you take a more senior role within our Sales Department in a couple of years.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Drive indirect sales through partners
- Work closely with partners to identify and support in customer cases
- Develop and continuously update business plans with partners
- Train/educate new partners in sales


About you

You have high energy and enjoy being out in a social context, meeting with partners, and driving sales. You have a good ability to build trust and new connections, as well as build long-term relationships. You are comfortable in technical discussions and you are eager to understand how everything works (we will give you a lot of training and time with our Telavox-solution).

You are a quick learner and can understand the business of Telavox and partners, how value is created for both parts as well as the customer. You enjoy working proactively with analysing partner portfolios to find improvements and best practices.

We hope that your ambition and curiosity combined with your business acumen will make you successful in this position! You are proficient in English and Swedish, another language would be the icing on the cake but not a must.
