Company We are a global provider of performance analysis and service assurance test solutions that enable the development and deployment of next-generation networking technologies, such as broadband services, Internet telephony, 3/4G wireless, web applications and security.With Spirent?s Wireless Testing Solutions, Spirent provides you with the ability to test the performance of the latest 3G/4G technologies and applications to ensure the highest subscriber quality of experience.As part of a successful Nordic Sales team reporting to the Regional Manager-Nordic and working closely with the VP of Wireless EMEA, the Wireless Account Manager is responsible for selling Spirent?s Wireless Testing Solutions for RF Receiver, Handset development and Chipset testing for 2G-4G technologies. Duties and Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: - Develop and maintain profitable business in new and existing customers, resulting in over achievement of Sales Quota - Selling the Spirent portfolio of Wireless Testing solutions and services, with an initial focus in Sweden.-Produce and execute a business plan for the territory and key accounts - Creating customer demand, through consultative cold calling, customer visits/demonstrations and seminars.- Work closely with SEs & BDMs to drive ?New?applications to existing customers and prospects.- Provide accurate and timely forecasting and reporting within agreed deadlines.Skills and Experience To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and competencies required.- An over achiever with 5 or more years experience as a Wireless Account Manager.- Experience of selling Test & Measurement Solutions, specifically Agilent, R&S, Anritsu, Aeroflex, EB, Azimuth is strongly desired.- Good knowledge of GSM, GPRS, UMTS technologies as well as GPS, A-GPS and LTE - A broad understanding of Wireless testing requirements, such as Certification/Conformance, Location testing, Mobility inter-RAT, Over the Air, Radio Access and Wireless Receiver.- Fluent in English, Swedish (Finnish also of interest) Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications/Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Computer Science (BSCS) or appropriate equivalent / local qualification.Personal Qualities - Must have a track record of achieving results.- Self starter, highly motivated.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a strong teamwork ethic.- Must have solid presentation skills and be comfortable conducting presentations to both individuals and groups of people.- Proven ability to build sound client relationships and strong sales pipeline.- Ability to manage a heavy workload and work under pressure.- Solid problem solving skills, decision making and use of initiative.- Must be cooperative and flexible in approach.Tjänsten utgår från Stockholm men det är inte omöjligt att man kan bo på annan ort också.Sista ansökningsdag är 30/5.
