TeliaSonera Financial Services (FSS) is a part of CFO Office and supports Sweden, Finland and Denmark with Financial accounting, transactional tasks and administration. FSS have a functional organization and are located in Stockholm, Farsta and Helsinki. Within FSS there are four functions, Service Management, Ledgers & In-house Cash, Revenue Accounting and Operative Financial Control.

THE INTERNSHIP

Diversity Challenge offers academics a full time paid internship at TeliaSonera with a flexible start from May 2014. You will have the opportunity to work with the financial department as an accountant. The department is a Financial Shared Service Center and processes all reports in the legal firms including daily accounting and continuous reporting in for example tax, shops and premises.
This internship is placed at our Head Office in Stockholm (Farsta) within Operative Financial Control where you will begin with basic tasks to understanding the firm from a holistic perspective and then have the opportunity to grow with us.

YOUR PROFILE

We anticipate you to be a business graduate holding a few years of work experience within the field of accounting and finance. You are able to multitask and enjoy working in teams with a developing mind-set and possess leadership qualities. You are result and customer oriented and aspires to proactively improve gaps and actions.

Additionally, we see that the right candidate is

Knowledgeable of IFRS and Local GAAP
Competent in understanding taxes and VAT
Experienced from work in SAP or other accounting systems
Fluent in the English and Swedish language
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
