Accounting Assistant

Job description

As an Accounting Assistant you will work with the entire flow of supplier invoices, from when the invoice comes in until it has been paid. We have a large flow of supplier invoices, which you will handle together as part of a group of five.

You will for example:

- Independently together with colleagues be responsible for accounts payable including reconciliations
- Ensuring the continuous quality of our accounting of supplier invoices together with others in the suppliers’ department.
- Continuous contact with the business.
- Being available at month and year end.
- Developing routines for the continuous accounting and financial statements together with the others in the accounting department.  

The position would suit you who wants to obtain a better understanding for the financial flow. You will be offered the possibility to be a part of a positive, driven group who have fun together. We look for someone with

- Bsc or further education within finance
- A large financial interest and who has worked with similar tasks in the past
- Has an understanding for the financial flow  
- It is meriting if you have experience of accounts payable and worked in SAP  

In the role, we expect that you are driven and curious to learn new things. You are meticulous and like working at a high tempo. Further, you are communicative and a team player who likes collaborating with other people. As a person, you are accurate, driven and structured. We also wish you to have a good sense for prioritising among your tasks.
