As owner of the Accounts Payable process you will report to the Financial Manager and be a member of Filippa K’s finance team. 

The role

You will act as a partner to all units within Filippa K. You will have an important role within the Finance function, with daily contact with the business. The position will have the full responsibility for managing vendors, invoices and payments in a timely and accurate way, securing an efficient and compliant process.

• Vendor master data management
• AP accounting and payment processing
• Reconciliations and closing activities (month- quarterly and year-end close)
• Managing and follow-up of PO process
• Cross-functional activities together with Finance Manager
• Process optimization
• Support the accounting department in monthly closing procedures

Suitable background

You should have at least 1-2 years of experience from a similar position. As a person you should be structured, like to take on responsibility, as well as be flexible and service-minded. You have good skills in accounting and in MS Excel. As a person you are positive and cooperative and enjoy working both independently as well as part of a team.

Fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
