We are now looking for an Acting Manager for Visit Sandvik Coromant based in Sandviken, to fill in for the regular Manager during her maternity leave until August 2016.

Key performance areas
As Acting Manager for Visit Sandvik Coromant your main responsibilities include strategic and operational planning, leading and coordinating activities, contributing to efficiency in the administration of visits and providing high-quality functional support, building on your good knowledge of Sandvik. You also manage events and have the primary responsibility for visitor relations. Furthermore, you are responsible for responding to and resolving ongoing issues, as well as managing incoming activities.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a relevant degree who has worked in the service sector for several years, and who has experience from working in an international environment. You have both strategic and organizational experience in building relationships. Additionally, you are a strong communicator and fluent in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

We place great value on your personal qualities, which are characterized by being a customer-oriented problem solver with an open mind and a proactive way of working. You have a confident and positive mindset, enjoy meeting people from different cultures and willingly speak in front of groups. You need to be good at dealing with stressful situations and have a great ability to manage day-to-day urgent matters. Furthermore, you are a team player, have a high level of social competence and enjoy working independently.
