We are now looking for a new colleague as Activation Manager Professional & Brand Manager to be part of a committed activation and brand team in the marketing department Nordic.

What you will do?
As Activation Manager & Brand Manager your role will have a combination responsibility of the brands of Nordsjö Professional for Sweden and Denmark and Hammerite/Polyfilla/Privat Label for the Nordics. Your main responsibilities are:

Activation Manager for Nordsjö Professional – approx. 70%
• Responsible for information and cooperation with sales managers and marketing managers in developing sales activities and customer communication for the professional paint market in Sweden and Denmark.
• Collaborate internally with brand- and salesteams to ensure that brand strategies, campaigns, customer- and consumer advertising and shop activities are in the same direction.
• Collaborate externally with customers together with sales managers / KAM for optimal activation.
• Prepare sales-/POS material to sales and stores.
• Responsible to drive the development of customer training materials, thereby developing and strengthening the shopping experience in the store.
• Responsible for helping with the production of material for Exhibitions / trade fairs and similar events.

Brand Manager for Hammerite/Polyfilla/Private label – approx. 30%
• Responsible for the HA/PF/PL product portfolio and brand communication.
• Ensuring HA/PF/PL brand alignment in all our marketing communication & activities.
• Develop and implement local brand strategies for HA/PF/PL.
o based on global/regional directions and decisions.
• Develop, implement and evaluate annual brand plans.
• Responsible for packaging design and artwork development.
• Annual media planning and execution of the media plan.

This is a permanent employment, starting as soon as possible. You will be placed at our site just outside Malmö. You will report to Marketing Activation Manager Nordics.

Who you are?
To succeed in brand and activation marketing you are flexible and open-minded to new ideas and have an ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment without losing track on priorities. You are a good team player and self-going “doer” with speed and engagement. To get your way through, you are enlightening and convincing. You have following background:
o Education: Bachelor (BSc) in Business Economics/Marketing
o Work skills: Experience within a marketing function for minimum 5 years
o Language: English (fluent), able to understand Swedish, Danish and Norwegian
o Microsoft Office
