We are a new company in the business of transportation, we are looking for a person to help us part time initially.


The main duties would be to:


Keep account of all incoming revenue and expenditure.
Coordinate with drivers for any maintenance or service of the cars.
Arrange time with the workshop well in advance to minimise the down time of any car
Prepare Salary of the employee.
Maintain all files and invoices
Prepare and document all taxes and its filing.





Job Requirements:


Previous experience in relavant sector would be an assest.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Meticulous approach to work.
Ability to multitask and stick to deadlines.
Organised with time management skills
Profeciency in Microsoft Office
