Arbetsbeskrivning
Your duties will be:
1) Administration of human resources, assets, inventories, logistics.
2) Finance and account matters, including preparation of vouchers and accounts
3) Assisting in Consular work ? visa, passport preparation, registration of birth, registration of marriage, etc.
4) Other duties as directed by the Embassy.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Academic Qualification, Bachelors Degree preferably in Accounting /Finance/ Business Adm. Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing since the work involves customer contact. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience. Knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage. If you are accustomed to working in international environment, this post will interest you. You should have good computer skills, work experience in bookkeeping and accounting is necessary.
