Do you have experience in PMO and change management? Do you want to work as an administrator for an international company? Then this might be the role for you!

About the role
The Program PMO/Change Support drives the administrative tasks of both streams in the central PLM program. The role reports to the program´s Change Management lead, as well as the PMO Lead in each streams individual tasks. The main goal is to secure an efficient and structured collaboration in all administrative tasks between the two streams. The role is 100% dedicated to the PLM Program.

In this role, your responsibilities will be to:
• Support in the weekly quality assurance of the program through the PMO, follow up on deliverables with different team leads.
• Maintain the structure and efficiency of Teams channels and document management.
• With the help and support of the Communication manager, drive the internal communication channel of the PLM team.
• Support in administrative tasks in the Change team, supporting both the central and local leads when needed.
• General administrative tasks such as organize and schedule meetings and events, note meeting minutes, prepare documents and power points for both teams.

This role is a consultancy assignment with start in the beginning of September and that runs for a year.

About you
To be suitable for this role, we see that you have:
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with complex administrative tasks, preferably within large international organizations.
• Proven ability to interact efficiently and proactively in a problem.
• Solving environment.
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
• Working experience with administrative roles, preferably within a PMO
• Experience in the disciplines of change management methodology, preferably PROSCI certified
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Bachelor´s degree with Business Management, Communication etc.
