The section DUX Development Centre is responsible for Digital UX development in our car projects, advanced engineering and research assignments. We´re organized in three groups with employees both in Gothenburg and in Copenhagen.

The group Digital User Experience Driving, in Gothenburg, consists of 17 people and our mission is to secure the state of the art digital user experiences within autonomous drive, assisted driving and unassisted driving. We are doing a transformation in how we work and therefore need an Advanced Engineering (AE) Project Manager.


Main responsibilities
.To lead and manage Advanced Engineering projects
.Strategic planning of the projects.
.Report project status to the department's Annual and AE responsible and line managers.
.Coordinate activities and meetings within the projects with external partners.
.Work with governmental organizations, for example regarding co-financing.
.Prepare Global Technical Development System (GTDS) deliveries and secure peer reviews of GTDS gate deliveries before final gate review at the Departments Technical Meeting.
.Secure that an up to date GTDS documentation is available in AE report with correct budget figures.
.Reconcile regularly with unit AE Leaders & AE program leaders within the Electrics/Electronics & Chassis unit.
.Monitor and follow up that patents are applied for whenever possible.

Required qualifications
.University degree or equivalent in User Experience, Interaction
.Design, Cognitive Science or equivalent.
.Project Management skills.
.Documented experience in human-machine interaction.?
.Documented experience in interaction design and UX philosophy.?
.Driver License Class B (car).

Meritorious qualifications
.Leading research projects within Interaction design/User experience/Human Factors.
.Worked or participated in Advanced Engineering projects.
.Experience developing concepts for visualization and demonstration.
.Experience in requirement setting of human-machine interaction and user experience.

Personal qualities
.Structured, accurate and to plan and summarize and present status of the work and the project.
.Self-drive capability, responsibility and able to work independently.
.Extensive experience of and ability to plan and prioritize own work. and the project team focused on delivery.
.Very good interpersonal skills and used to working in teams.
.Attention to detail and overall picture.
.A great communicator and excellent corporation skills.
