Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a driven BDM to generate significant business opportunities for the Division through the sales company channel in line with Corporate, Group and Division strategy within the Nordic Region.
The development of highly professional, effective relationships with the sales companies to enable active participation in the development of multi-million dollar sales strategies for the Division and Group.
Promotion of the Division's technologies, products, services, selling tools and success stories to the sales companies and customers.
Actively monitor sales forecasts for each country and communicate sales deviations to the Division and provide corrective action plans as necessary.
Coordinate sales company training requirements, ensuring that each sales company achieves a suitable level of technical competency in drives technology.
To be the Division's driver in the execution of the field sales annual improvement priorities.
Provide monthly feedback to Division, EM Platform and Group Management, including sales and order performance, market trends, major wins and major opportunities.
Profile:
Experience from the industry and expertise in Drives technology
Fluent in written and oral English and appropriate language for the Nordic region.
Mastery of professional knowledge on commercial and salesmanship skills.
Managerial experience in sales/Marketing within industrial markets.
Broad business experience in a multi-cultural environment.
Demonstrable experience of technical sales, application selling and exposure to industrial marketing.
Excellent communications skills are required for this role.
This role is expected to be predominantly to be based in Sweden and includes travelling with the possibility of having a home office as base.
