In this role, you will manage our after sales and warranty projects within the traction motor business. You will lead the case from the first contact with the customer, understanding their need, creating the offer, coordinate the purchasing and the production team and make sure we deliver promptly. You will also manage warranty requests and coordinate and sell repair of our motors in close cooperation with our production team.
Reporting to the Manager for Sales&Projects, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the customer request.
Your responsibilities
Coordinate the after sales cases independently, coordinating the activities within our organization, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
Lead our teams within Engineering and Production when examining warranty
cases and respond efficiently to the customers.
Manage and lead the entire after sales process: from the opportunity to the invoicing in accordance with ABB’s internal standards and requirements.
Establish a strong and long-lasting relationship with the existing Customers in the assigned area and be the facilitator between ABB and Customers to resolve critical situations.
Ensure that the project follows execution best practices and ABB policies. Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization.
Act as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Build and maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.

Your background
3-5 years of experience in sales, aftersales or technical project management, working in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
Experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors.
Knowledge of motors or the ability to quickly get a good understanding of the technology is preferable.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Swedish.
