After sales Manager/Coordinator

A part of Wärtsiläs Ship Power product line is Water Solutions, which has an end to end responsibility for water treatment systems.

As an After sales Manager/Coordinator you will execute inquiries and orders as per customer requirements.

Your main responsibilities:
- Process inquiries, quotations and orders to network companies and external customers.
- Monitor timely parts deliveries.
- Clarify the material numbers and parts code related issues.
- Responding to parts queries from network companies, external customers and sales support teams.
- Coordinate daily activities and urgent requests with relevant colleagues in order to find satisfactory solutions.
- Logistics coordination freight ordering and handling.
