Main tasks
Lernia Bemanning, on behalf of JBT Food Tech, is looking for an Aftermarket Accounting Business Partner. Your main tasks will include ensuring that revenue is recognized timely in accordance with the company Revenue Recognition Policy. You will also safeguard that proper documentation is obtained and filed in accordance with JBT Contract Guidelines for aftermarket projects, prior to cost and revenue recognition. You will be responsible for the delivery, estimation and explanation of variance of budget to Management as well as establishing that payments have been received according to contract payment terms, prior to shipment. Furthermore, you will need to support the Aftermarket organization with financial information, analyze and make certain that 2nd Hand Inventory are valued and reported in accordance with Financial Standards, including physical inventory. You will report backlogs and inbounds on a monthly basis for Aftermarket and 2nd hand projects and participate in month end closing for Aftermarket and ensure proper account reconciliation of accounts. You will be accountable for the preparation of the monthly aftermarket report package and assist with credit control for Aftermarket.

Your formal education
Degree of Master of Science in Business Administration, or a corresponding academic degree.

Your background
You have experience from a similar environment and experience in financial reporting. Your analytical skills are high. You are aware of potential “risk areas” relating to financial reporting and understand the complexity and dynamics related to financial reporting. You act with integrity and understand the importance of how to handle confidential financial information. Previous experience of working internationally is an advantage.

Your English is fluent in both writing and speaking. You have excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel. Previous experience of working with an integrated business system is an advantage.
