The Parts & Repair Aftermarket Sales Team supplies wind turbine owners and service providers with spare parts for maintenance and repairs to ensure the continuous operation of thousands of wind turbines in Northern Europe. The team is promoting an aspirational growth plan through digitalization and customer service excellence and is now looking for a technically and commercially qualified Parts & Repair Sales Professional to join us and become part of our journey to great achievements.
Responsibilities
As Aftermarket Sales Engineer, your primary responsibilities will be:
To manage customers and be responsible for the entire sales process from enquiry to order receipt
Develop customer relations to become the preferred supplier and to increase Share of Wallet (SOW)
Identify and develop new sales opportunities
Negotiate service contracts with customers


Qualifications
The ideal candidate is expected to have the following professional qualifications:
Technical education or commercial background, combined with experience from working with mechanical or electrical products
Experience with aftermarket sales or service
Master MS Office programmes and has experience with SAP or Salesforce
Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
