We are looking for 3 senior Agile Coaches to our Coach team. All coaches will belong to a team of Agile Coaches. All Coaches will work individually within different areas, but also together as a team to take organizational and long term strategical responsibility for improvements.

• IT development experience about 10 years

• Coaching experience 5+ years

• Not evangelists or teachers but true coaches

• Pragmatically using their experience to guide teams and organization based on their situation rather than pushing frameworks or models.

• Experienced and skilled in working with both leadership and development teams

• Experienced as consultants, meaning I’m mowing what the consultant role is

• Experience from several different companies, but at least a couple of years in a large company to understand legacy and processes.

• Fast paced and problem solving oriented person

• telco experience is not a demand, we’re creating a coach team with consultants that has the right mindset, fits the team dynamic and that has broad experience from different industries.
