Agile Manager - Sales & Service

Arbetsbeskrivning

3’s IT organization is continuously improving and we are now moving into a domain driven organization. Through agile software development methods, we drive major improvements to our software quality, shorten time to market for new features, and nurture a culture where we see continuous change as part of our day-to-day way of working. We provide IT solutions for our Swedish and Danish organizations.

The Sales & Service domain is looking for a new Agile Manager to lead one of the domain teams.

The Sales & Service domain is a domain within 3IT with the following mission - “Providing the capabilities to sell and to service our customers across all channels, and doing so in a way that provides a consistent experience”.

The domain consists of three groups (including several teams) with multiple nationalities and responsibilities ranging from business analysis to development and testing. We drive our work in self-organizing agile teams that deliver capabilities within sales & service through multiple channels. The teams use agile delivery methods and are responsible for both maintenance and new development. The work is done in close cooperation with our sales, customer service and online departments to secure that we quickly and efficiently come up with new, innovative software to serve our end customers.

As an Agile Manager within the Sales & Service domain, your primary responsibility is to lead and develop the people and processes to secure efficient delivery. This means, setting the vision and strategy towards the overall IT vision, driving change and supporting the team in their continuous improvement. The challenge in this role will be to strike the perfect balance between your leadership and preserving each team’s unique characteristics and individual needs. Sometimes, just like your team members, you will have to step up and be T-shaped and assist the team in their delivery.

You will be expected to act as a change agent to lead, empower and enable the team to deliver successfully to our business organization. You lead your team with a coaching approach towards development. You clearly set the organizational direction for the team towards the IT vision at 3. As a member of the domain management team, you are expected to work in close collaboration with other managers and teams to drive the domain forward. This includes driving strategic initiatives, ensuring optimization within the domain, and pursuing its continuous improvement. You will have an important responsibility to build and maintain trusted business relationships thereby strongly linking IT and business. You will also be responsible for maximizing the use of the group budget including managing suppliers and contracts, based on evolving business direction and priorities.

To be successful in the role you should have a solid understanding of IT within the mobile telecommunication business. You should also have at least 7 years of technical experience within large scale IT development and several years of successful experience in leadership roles. You have an M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent and more than two years of experience working lean/agile. You have experience/understanding of customer service through multiple channels. You are passionate about leadership, have an open and clear way of communicating along with strong interpersonal skills. You actively listen, and you give and receive feedback as an essential way for you to build successful relationships with your team, manager and business stakeholders. You need to be fluent in English and communicate well in Swedish. You thrive in a fast paced, social, dynamic, value driven work environment and you have previous experience in a multi-cultural organization.

Are you the one we are looking for and want to have fun at work every day?

Apply now and join our agile journey. You will be working in our current office in Kungsholmen (Stockholm). We will be interviewing candidates continuously, so send us your application as soon as possible. If you have any questions contact Roger Häggqvist, Domain Manager Sales & Service, 0735-33 71 76.
