We are searching for an Executive Manager to support the General Manager of Sweden as well as AIG Sweden?s operations in the coordination of strategic priorities, analysis of business unit and functional plans as well as strategies and results.

The position allows for a high level of initiative and autonomy to add value, to take corrective action and institute new processes or activities.

Management information reporting and consolidation in addition to management of special initiatives are also critical tasks that may be generated.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the business and GM in key initiatives.
- Coordinate branch leadership and governance meetings.
- Lead or participate in ad hoc teams or projects.
- Produce presentations and reports for business needs.
- As required, support travel & entertainment management
- Manage receptionist, contact with service provider and office security

Position Requirements
The successful candidate thrives under the challenge of working in an ambiguous environment and can work without a lot of direction but still as part of a team.

A good background for the role might be from consultancy or a business analyst role.

- Relevant degree: Business
- Ability to engage with multiple high level stakeholders across departments and the EMEA region, incl. country and regional executives
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Business acumen
- Interest in finance, proven analytical skills
- Business savvy in creation of reports for Senior Management

- Personal integrity and high organisational awareness
- Good decision making and mediation skills
- Comfortable with changing priorities and juggling many various functions and projects
- Ability to synthesize and produce concise summary information
- Languages required: fluent in English and Swedish
- MS-Office skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
