Algorithm System Programmer

The algorithms in our eye tracking products consists of a complex combination of computer vision, signal processing and machine learning. The hardware and mass market requirements for our wide range of products pose extremely high demands on the architecture and the quality of the source code.

We are looking for an experienced and driven system programmer to join our mission and tackle these challenges to bring our team and Tobii as a whole even further. We are world leading in Eye Tracking but we’re not finished!

The role and responsibilities


In the Algorithm team at Tobii we write code for many awesome products, sharing as much code as possible between projects. In this role you will join a small Core team that looks at the big picture, working together with all our product projects. The Core team improves software architecture, does long term strategic development of the code and evangelizes development best practices.


We are looking for someone who has:


- At least 3 years of experience programming for embedded systems

- Good knowledge of C++ and decent Python skills

- Good knowledge of design patterns

- You should be comfortable with Git and love working in Linux
