Ålö söker en Product Support Specialist

Areas of responsibility
You will be responsible for giving technical support to importers and internally to our Sales companies and the Logistics Department. You will also give sales support in form of product recommendations and act as a Technical back up for sales teams at international farm shows.

The role includes;
- Warranty registration
- To Create Problem Reports on incoming field problem complaints
- Product training Internal / External, both Technical and in sales technique
- Create Product Training Material
- Administrate E- learning site for Technical Support
- On sight troubleshooting with Importers

In your role you will have extensive contact with different functions, production units and sales entities within the Group. You will also have extensive contact with suppliers to BA Production, suppliers of system support and other external customers. Most of the work will be in English. The role requires traveling.

We are looking for a Product Support Specialist to our Technical Support Department within Ålö AB, located at Brännland in Umeå. Technical Support is a part of BA Sales & Marketing, and consists today of 4 employees. In this role you will report to Manager Technical Support, Henrik Nielsen.

Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience as a mechanic or equivalent, specialties in hydraulics is meritorious
• It is an advantage if you have experience of conducting technical training
• Knowledge in the agricultural industry and in Ålö´ s product portfolio is a plus
• Good knowledge in English on a professional technical level in text and oral
• MS Office on a professional user’s level, in particular: Power Point, Word, Excel, MOVEX

You are a responsible, independent individual with a professional approach. To be successful in this role it is essential to be customer focused with excellent communication skills and to have the ability to build strong relationships. You have a structured way of working and attention to detail.
