OM TJÄNSTEN
As an Alumni Event Coordinator you will work closely with a project manager and be responsible for all administration regarding events. You are responsible for the arrangement of the events, which includes: welcome and check in the guests at the events and assist the project manager with various tasks. You will be able to extend your network with international students and staff from all over the world and at the same time develop your skills within events.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As the Alumni Event Coordinator your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


* Arranging events
* Attending the the events and representing the Stockholm School of Economics
* Administrative tasks (for example booking hotels, decorating and handling guest lists)

* Have strong oral and communication skills in both English and Swedish
* Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
