Sandvik IT is a support function with the mission of meeting the IT needs of Sandvik's business globally. This is done in an international environment within various areas of responsibilities such as IT architecture, management systems, process development, IT security and IT support, among others. Today, there are about 1000 people working in IT within Sandvik. We are now looking for an Application Management (AM) Coordinator for the Business Intelligence function, for a position located in Sandviken.

Key performance areas
As AM Coordinator, you lead and deliver application management globally. Your main responsibilities include receiving and planning AM assignments, and supporting resources in contacts with other parties (e.g., customers and suppliers). You work in accordance with the AM concept, handling incidents, problems and change, as well as developing and improving the AM methods and processes of our function, along with the function manager.

Your responsibilities also include:
- Allocating resources according to needs
- Following up and reporting to the customer (system owner)
- Following up internally and reporting in accordance with the AM concept
- Coordinating with partners (e.g. external suppliers) and following up on their performance, services, etc.
- Providing input (expectations and feedback) in the performance management process
- Escalating critical issues and risks to managers

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT, or equivalent knowledge. You have experience from customer relations and customer businesses, and are fluent in English and Swedish, both in speaking and writing.
