HRIT Competence Center is a function within Sandvik IT Global Business Service, responsible for delivering PeopleSoft services to the HR organization within Sandvik. The success of our service delivery relies on close co-operation with the IT Demand representatives, Sandvik IT GSS's Delivery organization and other supply units within IT GSS.

We are now looking for an AM (Application Management) Coordinator for the PeopleSoft area. If you are a person who is open minded and likes new and exciting challenges and working in a culturally diverse environment, this is a position for you!

Key performance areas
As AM Coordinator you will deliver application management in accordance with the Sandvik IT AM concept. The main focus within the position will be the overall operative coordination and your main responsibilities include:
- Leading, coordinating and supporting staff in application management
- Bearing responsibility for receiving new maintenance objects at AM, in accordance with the handover process
- Supporting resources in contacts with other parts of the company
- Bearing responsibility for working in accordance with the AM processes; e.g. incident, problem and change management
- Follow-up and reporting to the customer (system owner)
- Internal follow-up and reporting within the AM concept
- Coordination with partners (external suppliers, etc.)
- Giving input in the performance management process
- Escalations of critical issues and risks to the manager
- Receiving new assignments
- Supporting resources in contacts with other parties (e.g., customers, suppliers)
- Leading employees within the AM area; supporting and making decisions on issues in the daily work
- Identifying need for and work with continuous improvements

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT, or equivalent knowledge. You also possess broad expertise in application management concepts and have experience from working with planning, organization and follow-up. Excellent knowledge of English, both written and verbal, is required. Language skills in Swedish are advantageous, as is knowledge of Sandvik's IT organization.

As a person you are organized, with strong leadership skills, and you have a "Can do" attitude and enjoy new challenges. The ability to drive change forward and think outside the box would be a distinct advantage. You are also customer-service oriented and have good communication skills.
