Ambitious administrator/assistant to HR team at AstraZeneca

Your work day has just begun but your agenda is filled. You start by screening the e-mails of your managers but you realize soon that you will have to continue with that later. Right now you have to meet some visitors and handle an issue with one of the most important external parts. You know that the rest of the day will be intense and that you never really know what tasks will be necessary to solve. Are you your best in this kind of situations? Adecco Office & HR is looking for you to provide administrative support to two Human Resource Business Partners at AstraZeneca!

What will your day look like?
This role will mainly contain administrative support to two Global HRBPs located in Finland and in Mölndal. You will also support the rest of the HR team at the department, consisitng of approximately five persons. During the work day it will be your responsibility to handle the HRBPs  e-mails, prioritize/code the e-mails and issues, answer some of the e-mails, handling their calendars, schedule meetings, book rooms etc. You will also take care of travel expences and other payments and handle tickets, bookings etc. Other task will be conference bookings, ordering and updating access cards, system access and parking permits, administrate HR systems and business systems, ordering equipment and material and administratiing the buyer system.

This role will also contain some communication responsibilities; communicating HR information to the organization, sending information, coordinating training and education, creating presentations and reports, updating the portal and handling some communication with external parts.

This assignment will start as soon as possible, preferably in the beginning of August. You will be working weekdays, daytime, and the assignment will continue for at least six months with possible prolongation.

With your extensive administrative skills and experience from similar positions, executive or administrative assistant preferably, you will be the right one for this position. Your experience from HR will be a strong merit and you are used to work in a structured and organized way. Your knowledge of AstraZeneca and their processes helps you to quickly find your place in the group and your international experience will be an asset when meeting different kinds of people. With excellent English and Swedish skills, both spoken and written, and good IT skills you will succeed in this role.

Your proactive approach and independent way of working is your best asset. You are the only one responsible for these tasks at the department whereas you have strong networking and team working skills to find your way to qualitative work. With your high energy, your enthusiasm to learn and your excellent communication skills you will have the prerequisites needed to join this high paced and effective global team.
