JOB DESCRIPTION
The company develops ReQtest, a cloud-based service that their customers use to achieve higher quality in their IT projects. ReQtest is a tool for managing requirements, test cases and bug reports.

Your responsibility will be to continue developing new features and modernizing existing ones in ReQtest together with the rest of the front-end team. Your input in UX discussions for both existing and new functionality will be essential for the user experience. You will be involved in all phases of development, from requirements discussions to final deployment. They use an agile process (Scrum) and pair programming, and focus on writing high-quality code. The front end is built upon AJAX, JSON web services and AngularJS.

For the right candidate, ReQtest can be flexible about both the contents of the job and the working hours. Want to work part time? This job can either be full-time or part-time 60-80% and they offer flexible working hours.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Feel at home with client-side application development using JavaScript
- Are quality-conscious and thorough

The position as JavaScript developer requires that you have some familiarity with a framework such as AngularJS/Knockout/Backbone/Dojo.

Knowledge in the following techniques is considered a merit:

- Unit testing JavaScript
- Tools/frameworks for building JS applications such as RequireJS, Grunt, Bower etc
- CSS architecture in large applications
- UX/user experience
- .NET or other server-side languages

You like being part of a team and working together with others. You listen, communicate and solve conflicts in a constructive way and value feedback. You manage well with complex issues and solve complicated problems in an efficient way. It is also important that you easily can adapt to change since the circumstances can be revised from one day to another.
