Analyst with BI focus

Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Quality Information (YQI) is a group with BI-developers, analysts and data engineers that support Scania with analytical tasks within the area of product quality. We manage everything from loading of raw data and converting it to an analysis friendly data layer to building reports based on that data.

Now we are looking for a new colleague who wants to use data to help the business make decisions and also join us in exploring how new techniques can make us even better.

As analyst at YQI you will:


• Develop reports that support our internal customers in decision making
• Be part of separate analysis projects related to product quality, such as root cause analyses
• Communicate insights in an understandable and clear way
• Work towards the goal of making Scania a more data driven company

Your profile
We believe that you have a degree in engineering, computer science or similar, that you have excellent analytical skills and like to help others. The job will also include a lot of SQL-coding and report building in either PowerBI or SAS Viya. Experience in these platforms is a merit. As an analyst you also need to be communicative, as you will be in regular contact with both the business side and the IT side of the company.
