Analytical Dataminer to Fyndiq

Are you a person who easily sees structures in data, are technical oriented as a person and have high analytical ability? Then this job might be something for you. As a Data Miner at Fyndiq your primary task is to build applications in QlikView, to work with Google Analytics as a supporting tool, and to analyze and process large amounts of data from the database. You run and implement projects independently with QlikView as a main component in which you identify opportunities, trends, new paths and patterns by setting up the appropriate searches and analyze their results. These projects may involve how our CPA (cost per action) changes or analysis of sales trends. As information is requested from different sources, such as our sales department or our management, it requires you to be able to present your analysis in a pedagogic, brief and succinct way. You will work in Fyndiq?s Marketing Team and will report, weekly and monthly, to our Online Marketing Manager who has the strategic responsibility.

Who are you?

Due to the fact that you in this role will play a key strategic part in our marketing efforts, we believe that you are a person with great analytical and mathematical skills, a genuine interest to process large amounts of data and have a hunger to work with QlikView as your main tool and with databases in general. You have at least 1-2 years of experience working with data analysis, preferably with QlikView, and you want to continue develop in this field. We would like to see that you have a history of reporting as part of your previously work since it´s a significant part as a Data Miner at Fyndig. A plus is if you come from an environment characterized by exposure to competition in a rapidly growing organization, or from work as a consultant, preferably from the Business Intelligence area. It?s meritorious if you have experience of working with SQL and Google Analytics. You are independent and take initiative while you are comfortable with and stimulated by managing projects from start to finish. Since presentation of data in a brief and concise way is a part of the role you feel comfortable with it.
