Telavox is rapidly growing and so is our data. This means we need an awesome Analytics Manager to lead our Data & Analytics team.

We need you to make sure the data and analytics team are working close to the business in all our different markets. You’ll be responsible for all kinds of analysis and reporting abilities in order to understand our business and our users as well as our competitors and anything in the external environment. This role takes ownership in making sure that new ideas are transformed into successful projects and become a part of our day-to-day business.

Together with a strong and technical team, you’ll ensure we’re building robust and flexible systems to manage and analyze information from a wide range of sources. In other words: to take a complex and chaotic reality and structure it into simple, relevant and nicely packaged data that is both insightful and fun to “unpack”.



You will have a key role in developing an analytics-obsessed culture by providing data, information and insights that helps our business stakeholders make great and timely decisions. We make sure to have a blast while doing so and in an agile and ever-changing company as Telavox you'll be supported by some seriously amazing colleagues (if we may say so ourselves).

What you’ll be up to

- Lead projects, source and define requirements, prioritise in a project-oriented manner, communicate and coordinate as well as follow-up with stakeholders throughout the whole company
- Drive change through both long term goal setting and hands-on day-to-day leadership of a well-functioning, happy and generally awesome team
- Promote best practices, develop and mentor your team members
- Implement tools, processes and strategies to transform source data into valuable business insights
- Receive both very broad and highly specific questions from the business and find creative ways for you and your teammates to answer them
- Define and track KPIs and key success metrics and provide accurate and actionable data insights for the organization
- Drive the vision, design, development and implementation of our analytics platform to provide stakeholders with structured access to data


About you

To have fun and be successful in this role we think you need to be an initiative-taking, problem-solving and collaborative person that loves improvement and learning opportunities. You also need to be technical, accurate and crazy structured to be able to drive your projects forward with both quality and speed.

According to our calculations, you have studied Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics or Informations Systems and you also have a background as an Analytics/BI/Data engineer and are ready to take on a leadership role. It's also plausible that you have industry know-how in Data/Analytics/BI projects and leadership experience. Project management experience would also be wonderful.



You collect and balance input from various stakeholders to guarantee that all aspects get taken into account while still ensuring the best approach for Telavox as a whole. As this role collaborates with almost every other part of Telavox it's given that you enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders with various backgrounds.

Bonus-rounds

- Passionate about scalable and future-proof processes, systems and data analytics
- Attention to detail, meticulous and organised working habits
- Experience in predictive modelling, basic statistics and/or roll-out of BI capabilities
- Passion for empirical research and answering hard questions with data
- Experience in analytics programming and query tools, as well as a basic understanding of architecture, tools and technologies for building data products
