Seat Integration is part of the Seat department, we are 15 people with different competences and backgrounds. In the department we are around 74 people divided in to 5 different teams. (Seat Tophat, Seat Platform, Seat Integration, Function and control and project and strategy. Together we lead the development of the complete seat for all our cars with responsibility for the complete design process from concept development to industrialisation. We are responsible for ensuring we develop a world class seat that our customer want.

As an Analysis and verification engineer for Seats, you will be part of the Seat integration team.
The team is responsible to lead the complete seat development together with people from Seat Tophat, Platform and Function and control team.
At the Seat integration we are also responsible for Concept and Launch.
In order to prepare for coming vehicle programs where physical testing needs to be minimized, we are looking for an analysis and verification engineer that can work in the early phases of the programs. The task is to ensure that the programs will get the correct prerequisites and to make the initial verification plan that supports the program deliverables. In order to shorten leadtimes and/or get more reliable results the Analysis and verification engineer should participate in development of new methods and also new technical solutions. A close cooperation with the SA team, CAE teams, other Analysis and verification engineers and design engineers is required.

Main responsibilities
•    Create and follow up on analysis and verification plans for coming programs
•    Create rekor/vira to LAB
•    Handle collection and update of TCR requirements for coming programs
•    Participate in discussions about balancing of requirements
•    Patricipate in development of new methods for analysis and verification
•    Participate in development of technical solutions
•    Participate in cross-functional development teams

Required qualifications
•    B.Sc. Engineer or similar work experience
•    Fluent in English, written and spoken

•    Result oriented and flexible. 
•    Ability to act independently but also to cooperate and work within a team. 
•    Structured way of working. 
•    Good communication skills
