Philips are about to take education and training to the next level. We call it Philips Education, learning for life. To support this new initiative we are looking for an Application and Training coordinator. As an Application and Training Coordinator, your role will be to coordinate internal and external application resources ensuring effective and efficient application support provided as well as prompt execution of customer training bookings within Nordics. As an Application and Training Coordinator, you ensure maximum customer satisfaction by high level of team work and engagement levels. It is also important to manage and escalate other needs of support to the field.

Further responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate and communicate clinical application requests internally and externally.
Handle our purchase and invoice order process that are related to application and training
Promptly evaluate and distribute application reports
Maintain application coordination and document in the Philips Planning tool
Increase customer satisfaction by maintaining high level of communication
High involvement in evaluate, simplify and develop application coordination and training processes in the Philips Education program
Support and plan local Technical trainings within the market

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree within the relevant area. A suitable background could be department nurse, previous responsible for education coordination or capacity planning.
5 years working in Hospital environment or in the Healthcare industry.
Good understanding of the clinical needs and expectations from users in this area is essential. Also an interest in the clinical solutions we provide is important
Strong communication skills (verbal and writing)
Experience from Customer Service and from developing routines and processes
Structured and good with details and looking at the overall perspective. Project Management with scheduling and planning experience is desirable.
People oriented together with a business focus
Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to Scandinavian language, preferably Danish.

You will be expected to work in a team environment where you are appreciated for being positive, flexible, able to cope with stress, innovative, and service-minded.

This position is located in Stockholm, but you will travel within Scandinavia about1- 2 times per month, staying about 2 days each time.
