Description
The scope of the consultant services is to assist the Client in:
- Configure and roll out Genesys Decisions capacity planning software in all the Clients CSCs.
- Act as co-ordinator between Genesys consultants and key stakeholders in each CSC.
- Validate all data from the discovery workshops.
- Join all training sessions as support to Genesys trainer.
- Document each CSCs configuration.
- Make sure that the end-users understand and implement the full capacity planning process that the tool is there to support.
- Manage the data migration for those CSC that roll out Decisions ahead of One Solution, during the implementation of the Genesys communication platform.
Mandatory competence and experience:
- We're looking for a 4-7 years’ experience (Senior) Application Specialist to assist in the One Solution.
- Previous experience of using contact centre workforce planning software (e.g. Verint / TotalView / InVision / Aspect etc.)
- Understanding of contact centre communication platforms, particularly with regard to agent status codes.
- Project management skills.
- Roll out experience (Senior)
- Good Communication Skills (Senior)
- Contact Centre capacity planning and resource modelling (Senior)
