What does your working day look like!
In your daily work, you will help customers who already are a part of our business network and infrastructure, by using our Operative system and services. Today, more than 50,000 well-known international suppliers and retailers in fashion, footwear, sports, outdoor recreation, cosmetics are connected to our global network of active enterprises.
You are responsible to provide advice, technical solutions, and answer to customer queries. You will be liaising with colleagues and other teams to find the best solutions to customers issues. Or generate sales leads to your colleagues in the Sales team!
We provide our customers with support via email, video, and phone. The tasks can vary greatly from answering questions about how to use our services and system, troubleshooting cases, providing solutions to educating and introducing new customers in our Open Commerce Platform.
Who enjoys working here?
You thrive working in a high tempo environment and have experience from technical customer service preferably from the Retail industry. You are familiar with CRM systems and have an excellent communication and presentation skill. You have the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively always with the mindset “best-in-class customer service.
