What are your responsibilities?
As a Service Desk Agent you will help customers do business better by leveraging their industry-wide experience, deep technology expertise, comprehensive portfolio of services and vertically aligned business model.

Example of tasks:
• Answering customers´ IT related queries in a professional manner
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
• Respond to calls, e-mails, messages from customers seeking help
• Ask questions to determine nature of problem
• Walk customer through problem-solving process
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve issues
• Resolve technical problems
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
• Gain feedback from customers about computer usage
• Proactive Remedy Queue Management

Your profile
Service Desk Agent (support Level 1)
To be successful at this assignment you need to speak fluent in Swedish and communicative in English. Basic computer literate, affinity with IT technology, very good communication skills (customer care approach) and high motivation will make your work day easier. Readiness to relocate to one of the most beautiful city in North of Poland –Gdansk for at least 2 years of assignment.
