Academic Work is looking for a Head of Marketing Studios during a parent leave at &Other Stories. As Head of Marketing Studios your role is to be a strategic and visionary leader of all branded marketing material.

This recruitment process is conducted by Academic Work and the request from &Other Stories is that all questions regarding the position is handled by Academic Work.

This job is a staffing position, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at &Other Stories.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As Head of Marketing Studios your role is to be a strategic and visionary leader of all branded marketing material.

You will for example:


* Develop and set goals for Marketing Studios both short- and long term
basis.
* Align and drive strategies and vision to secure all branded material within
marketing, communication and PR
* Lead, inspire, involve and develop the team towards set creative goals
* Ensure training, development and succession planning for the team. In
addition, you are responsible for dialogue and salary reviews, to follow up
on goals that have been set for each individual
* Ensure the way of working to reach set goals


This position suits you who want to come in for a limited time and gain valuable experience within leadership or wants to take the next step in the career and establish contacts at &Other Stories.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
To be successful in this role you are a natural and communicative leader.


* You have a strategic mind-set, high marketing intelligence and a great understanding of salesmanship in all channels
* You have a passion for storytelling and fashion with proven expertise from a previous role
* Fluent in English


It will be considered an additional qualification if you speaks Swedish as well since that shortens the learning period.

As a person, you are structured, organized and result-driven with will be the keys for a successful work.
