Academic Work is now looking for a Support and Installation Technician for Topgolf Sweden.

Topgolf Sweden has its office in Danderyd in Stockholm and about 50 people work here enthusiastically with a combined interest in golf and technology. The company is the market leader in golf tracking technology with its Toptracer product (formerly Protracer) and designs high-tech cameras and digital systems used worldwide in, among other things, broadcasting.

The service is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process takes place through Academic Work, but you will be employed directly at Topgolf Sweden.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Support and Installation Technician, you will work on a rolling basis and get in touch with Topgolf's customers worldwide and handle their affairs in the best possible way. You will also be traveling around the world to get to know more and for training purpose.

For example, you will be able to:


* Be responsible for handling cases from customers and installers that comes via e-mail or by phone
* Proactively work on solving cases that the system is flagging for
* Develop tools, routines and processes


This position suits you who understand how it works technically and shows great motivation and willingness to learn more in your new role. You are a person who wants to help others but a person who can also get help from others - A real team player!

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Someone who has a relevant degree, preferably in IT, Systems Science or Computer Science


* Speaks and writes English fluently
* Have an understanding for the technical network
* Has previous experience with Linux


It is also meritorious if you


* Have a golfing interest
* Can speak Korean and or Japanese


As a person, you are flexible in your way of working and can manage multiple tasks without losing efficiency. You are also flexible about working on a rolling shift and traveling for educational purposes. You have a high level of collaborative ability when working daily with your five colleagues in the support team. You are passionate about problem solving and, in conjunction with your communicative ability, you can easily talk to customers and installers in a clear and service minded way.
