Academic Work is looking for a service manager for our customer Yara Environmental Technologies. Yara is starting an exciting journey where they’re developing their maritime segment and continuing their growth within air pollution control. Working with Yara means contributing to: Produce sustainable food for a growing world population, Mitigate climate change, Reduce water and energy consumption and Safeguard human health.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a service manager you will build and lead the Service Department which consists of 10 team managers all over Europe. This includes responsibility over budgets, business plans, sales strategies and also following up performance and the development of teams and individuals, ensuring that Yara’s culture and values are conveyed.

The role will include an overall product responsibility so part of the role includes optimizing the workflow and maximizing synergies between local organizations (Gothenbrug, Hargesheim, Sonnefeld, Oslo etc) and establishing a coordination with Product Managers and Commercial Organizations. The role will include travel up to about 50 days per year.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
Has a technical background and also realizes the value of good communication! We believe that you’ve worked within a maritime or land based service department in a similar role for at least a couple of years and if you have previous experience in business administration and marketing to complement your technical skills this will be considered an asset.

As a person you have a strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and requirements and a strong focus on business and results. You enjoy building relations with colleagues and stake holders and value your communication and negotiation skills. To work under pressure and being able to prioritize and solve problems is what drives you and you look forward to a role where you can use all these skills in order to help Yara’s future development and growth.

START: August
