About ourfunction
The Export & OEM Sales department works with partners in countries where FläktGroup does not have its own presence. It is important for us to have good relations with our partners and distributors in order to run projects and sell in these countries as well. In this role, you drive the export of the products manufactured in the Jönköping factory. The team currently consists of four people, two at Export Sales and two people selling OEM recyclers.We offer youAs Area Sales Manager you develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.
You are responsible for negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. In our company we value teamwork, and, in this role, you collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for customers.
In this position you will play an important role to the overall growth of the company when you actively prospect and acquire new partners to expand our customer base. You will conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and requirements. This includes identifying needs for other FläktGroupproducts outside of the area of responsibility for this specific role and act accordingly.You will also monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
Your profile
We are looking for you who has proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or ventilation industry. We will be thrilled if you are an engineer with good knowledge in ventilation, technical sales, or manufacturing industry.
Since you will be accountable for sales agreements it is important that you have strong negotiation and communication skills. Your business skills and experience have given you an exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. As a person you are ambitious, self-motivated and results oriented. You also have excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. You have an ability to independently run and manage the sales in your area.
Though it is an international role Swedish and English are requirements. Additional languages are meritorious. The physical placement for this role is in Jönköping, Sweden, but you need to have a willingness to travel within the assigned region.
