Area Sales Manager DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland)

Entrematic Nordic AB with the brand EM Entrematic, is a company within the business area Entrance Automation. Entrematic Nordic has 11 employees and a turnover at 130 million SEK. The headquarters are in Landskrona.

Role description
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for proactively and strategically managing and developing relationships with distributors in order to further strengthen the relationships and driving new business. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for south of Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) and facilitates growth by identifying new business opportunities with new and existing distributors in order to move the sales organization to the next level of performance and development.

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving distributors to sell products and working closely with their marketing and sales organizations. The Area Sales Manager will be part of and work closely with the sales organization, reporting to the General Manager.

Tasks and areas of responsibility
* With budget responsibility manage and develop the relations with new and existing partners.
* Develop and act on business plans, budget and strategic processes in order to maximize the market coverage/share with regards to geography, segment/channel and product range.
* Working closely with the partners and their sales organizations both in their head offices and local offices to identify and act on new business opportunities and client concerns.
* Arrange and deliver customer trainings and making end-user visits together with the partners.
* Working with marketing activities (fairs, local meetings and conferences) together with the partner in order to attract new end-user opportunities.
* Cooperate with Technical support and Customer service departments based in Landskrona Sweden.
* Deliver accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and timely manage reporting of results, strategic development and address management issues.

Requirements
* At least five years of experience from sales, developing long-term relationships
* Technical knowledge
* Experience of working in either Germany, Austria and/or Switzerland
* Deep knowledge in German and English, both written and spoken

Location
The position is located in Landskrona. International travelling of approximately 70% of the time will be required.
